Due to COVID-19 restrictions, packages are subject to longer than expected delivery times as mail services are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impact of COVID-19. Some countries have been suspended from receiving packages.  Processing Hours:

We ship orders Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed, and orders placed after 1 PM PST will be shipped the following shipping day. Since we do not ship on weekends, orders placed after 1 PM PST on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.

Please note that these hours may change based on the volume of orders, especially during sale promotions.

  • Please note that all shipping times are estimated and may vary based upon location, customs (international orders) holidays,and weekends.
  • All orders are shipped through United States Postal Services (USPS)
  • All orders will include USPS Tracking® which will be emailed once orders have been shipped.

  • First Class Shipping(5-7 business days) - $3.99 
  • Expedited Premium (2 business days) - $9.99 

International Shipping:

  • First Class Package International (14–28 business days) - $14.99
  • Priority Mail International (10-12 business days)- $34.99
  • Priority Mail Express International (5-7 business days) -$45.99

  • Lulu’s is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages and will not issue refunds.
  • You can ensure your orders with USPS during shipment to cover any lost, stolen or damaged orders. You can add a required signature for more security prior to checkout, which is an additional fee by USPS which would require your signature before being dropped off.
  • Depending on customs processing times, international packages may take up to 8-12 weeks to be marked as delivered in some cases.
  • Additional customs charges, fees or taxes may be incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Lulu’s does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. Custom charges are NOT included within shipping costs. For more information, please contact your local customs office/postal services. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
