You will be held responsible to pay for any additional costs, shipping, taxes, re-stocking fee's, custom fee's and or taxes.
If you have received your order and an item(s) have been shipped to you that wasn't what you ordered, you can send it back us and you won't be charged a re-stocking fee for an exchange. However you are still responsible to pay for any shipping cost(s) or fee's arising.

JEWELRY HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND SHIPPED AS ORDERED. FALSIFIYING THAT AN ITEM FROM YOUR ORDER WAS MISSING WOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. WE WILL NOT SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND YOU.
PURCHASER AGREES THAT LULU'S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMGED JEWELRY DURING SHIPMENT, LOOSE OR MISSING STONES, STRIPPED THREADING, CRACKED OR BROKEN PIECES.
Any return orders that is damaged or tampered will not be accepted. Once item(s) have passed through inspection we will take appropriate steps to fulfill your order.
