When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no
longer available to our other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you
email us 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced
notice will allow another client access to that chosen appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and the time/date of your
appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result
in a non-refundable $50 cancelation fee. If scheduled appointments are not answered
within the first 15 minutes, it will be considered as a no show which will result in a $50
missed appointment fee.
